Ligand, Protein and Peptide Binding Pockets and the Pocketome

Pocketome Database: pocket encyclopedia in 4D

alcohol dehydrogenase a1 Paper just published in the NAR database issue ( pdf ).

The Pocketome Database is a comprehensive collection of structural ensembles of experimentally identified small molecule binding pockets in 4D. 4D means that each pocket is represented by a 3xN coordinate matrix plus an extra dimension for a particular conformer in the ensemble. The pockets are also classified and subdivided into clusters with similar conformational and binding properties. You can read more about it and try it out here.
